Horticultural Society . . .

I HAVEN'T HAD EXPLICIT ADVICE THAT THE SOCIETY HAS SUSPENDED ACTIVITIES, BUT GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION, IT SEEMS VERY LIKELY THEY WILL DO; CHECK WITH THE CONTACT LISTED BELOW FOR MORE; WHERE APPROPRIATE I WILL INDICATE CHANGES IN THE LISTING BELOW.

West Moors Horticultural Society is a thriving organisation with approximately 500 members. We hold two major shows per year. The Spring show in March includes a Daffodil championship. The Summer show in August includes a Dahlia championship and a fruit and vegetable section. Both shows include an element of Handicrafts, Floral Art and Homecraft.
In addition we hold an annual plant sale, usually during the month of May so please do come along for a cup of coffee and to see what bargains you can get!
We hold eight talks a year on various subjects of interest, some of which include slide shows. We also have four outings per year.
Our coffee mornings are held in the Memorial Hall two mornings per year, in January and October. Anyone is welcome to come along for a coffee and a chat.

Annual membership costs:

Single: £3.00

Family: £4.00

Postal: £5.00
